• AML Procedures – Anti-money laundering procedures required by DollaDaze and FINTRAC regulations to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.

• Upon registration, you must change the automatically generated password to a strong password that you do not use for other websites. A strong password should include a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

• You are responsible for all fees and charges associated with your use of the Services. Fees may be deducted from your Account balance or billed to you separately.

7. Dormant Accounts

• If you leave funds dormant in your Account without instructions for a specified period, we may consider the funds abandoned and transfer them to the relevant government agencies as required by law. The specified period for dormancy will be determined in accordance with applicable regulations.
• We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before transferring dormant funds to government agencies. This may include sending notifications to your registered email address or mailing address.
• If your Account is deemed dormant, you may be required to provide additional information and documentation to reclaim the funds. Any fees associated with the reclamation process will be your responsibility.
